Privacy, stated plainly
An email to this address is handled as correspondence, not as a request for a profile. We use the sender name, reply address, message content, and ordinary delivery information to understand and answer the matter raised.
Why information is kept
Messages may remain in the inbox so that we can avoid duplicate replies, follow an earlier question, or understand a later correction. We do not ask for course files, learner records, payment details, or identification unless the sender independently decides they are relevant to a clearly described discussion.
Access and correction
You may ask what contact information is held in relation to your correspondence, point out an error, or ask us to delete a thread where that is practicable. Include enough detail for us to locate the message without asking you to resend its contents.
Scope of this notice
This notice applies to this small website and its mailbox. It does not create a contract, imply an ongoing relationship, or describe services offered elsewhere.
